Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Illegal Activity
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Facilitate unlawful conduct.
Security Violations
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Circumvent authentication or security controls.
Malware
- Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code.
- Use the Service to host harmful content.
Abuse
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
- Generate excessive automated traffic intended to disrupt systems.
- Abuse APIs beyond documented limits.
Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
Fraudulent Activity
- Misrepresent identity.
- Use the Service for phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
Sensitive or Restricted Uses
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, the Service may not be used:
- For unlawful surveillance.
- To support criminal activity.
- In violation of export controls or sanctions laws.
Enforcement
Useboards may investigate violations of this AUP.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
